Peak-season includes March - June and September - December. Off-season includes January, February, July, and August.
Included in our venue are luxury bride and groom’s rooms, a four-chair salon space, an extravagant dining room, a grand ballroom, two catering kitchens, multiple convenient restrooms, our climate-controlled barn with fabric drapes and its large porch, seven acres of lawn and garden, a 125-space parking lot, tables, chairs, and decorative lighting.
Upgrading to our Luxury Package, valued at $6,000, will include all of your set-up and clean-up, a professional decorator, a venue coordinator, a champagne toast with fluted glasses, a charcuterie lunch for the wedding party table linens, China, flatware, glass beverageware, a wedding alter, table centerpieces, chair bows, aisle bows, a podium, and more!
Additional upgrades include our honeymoon suite, a candy buffet table, and more decorations.
Events solely in the barn, garden, or villa can be reserved Monday - Thursday; events held on Friday - Sunday cannot be booked until 120 days prior to the preferred event date. These events include table and chairs only, upgrades are available at an extra cost. Reserving the barn and garden only will cost $2,000 and reserving solely the first floor of the villa will cost $600.

Bar Packages
There is no host bar available. The cost is figured for all guests over the age of 21, an estimated guest count will be required 14 days prior to the event. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to your charge.
All service charges are included in the pricing, there is also a 6.75% sales tax.
Beer and Wine Only
Choosing beer and wine only grants you two white and two red wines from our featured wine list. It also includes two beers from our domestic beer list and two beers from our premium beer list.
The cost for your first two hours is $14/person, each additional hour will be $4/person.
Beer, Wine, and Liquor/Well Drinks
All packages include the same beer and wine as above.
House Package
Includes liquors from our house liquor list.
The cost for your first two hours is $20/person, each additional hour will be $5/person
Call Package
Includes liquors from our call liquor list.
The cost for your first two hours is $22/person, each additional hour will be $9/person

A Signature Cocktail
Let us serve your signature cocktail! Let us know what cocktail you would like, and we will have it ready-to-serve by the time of your reception.
An additional $3/person will be added to your charge.
Policies
Attendance
Our mansion has a maximum attendance of 50 people when sitting down, and 75 people for a cocktail. The barn’s maximum attendance is 175 people when seated, and 300 people for a cocktail. Lastly, any garden event will have a maximum attendance of 500 people.
Smaller Parties
Smaller parties, such as rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, engagement parties, and showers, can only be scheduled 120 days, or less, prior to the preferred event date.
Payment Schedule
At the time of booking, there will be a non-refundable down payment of 50%. Your next 25% will be due 4 months prior to your event and your final 25% must be paid at least 30 days before your event.
50% of the payments for your upgrades and bar packages will be due at the time of execution of your decorator contract (approximately 5 months before your event) and the next 50% is going to be due 30 days prior to your event.
There is a 3.5% charge on all payments made using a credit card.
